This Continuous Subscription Agreement governs recurring subscription services made available through the Moox iOS application and applies together with the Membership Agreement, User Policy, Privacy Policy, and the rules of the payment platform you use. Please read it carefully before activating any free trial, promotional offer, or recurring subscription.
By purchasing, activating, or using a recurring subscription, you authorize Moox to provide subscription-based member benefits on a continuous basis during the applicable billing cycle. The subscription plan type, billing cycle, benefits, and price shown on the purchase page, order confirmation, or App Store subscription interface shall prevail. If you are a minor, you should activate the subscription only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same or a similar subscription term permitted by the platform. For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, the charge will be made by Apple through your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal fee, cycle, and processing time are subject to the rules of Apple and the actual transaction page.
You may manage or cancel your recurring subscription at any time from the subscription management section of your Apple ID account settings on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app, logging out, or deleting your Moox account does not by itself cancel auto-renewal. If you cancel, the cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and fees already charged for the current cycle are non-cancellable except where refund rights are required by applicable law or granted by the platform.
If Moox offers a free trial, introductory price, discounted period, or other promotional subscription arrangement, the specific eligibility conditions, duration, price, and benefit scope shown on the purchase page shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, once the trial or promotional period expires, the subscription will automatically convert to the standard recurring paid subscription and renewal charges will continue according to the applicable cycle unless you cancel in advance. Moox may limit eligibility for free trials or promotional offers based on account status, device, region, prior participation, abuse prevention, or platform policy.
Moox may adjust subscription prices, package structure, or benefit scope from time to time based on product updates, market conditions, taxes, exchange rates, licensing costs, legal requirements, or operational needs. Where the platform requires prior notice, consent, or an opt-in process for a price increase, the platform rules shall apply first. If you do not accept the adjusted price or revised plan, you should cancel auto-renewal before the next renewal takes effect.
Subscriptions completed through Apple App Store are billed, renewed, and in some cases refunded by Apple as the platform operator and payment channel. Apple is not responsible for the content, operation, support commitments, or service performance of Moox except as required under its own platform rules. Any refund, billing dispute, payment verification, or invoice issue related to an App Store purchase shall be handled in accordance with Apple media service terms, billing rules, and your Apple account settings; however, you may still contact Moox support for product-related assistance.
