User Policy

This User Policy sets out the binding rules for accessing and using Moox. By registering for, accessing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to comply with this policy and with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Scope of permitted use

Moox is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing and account management purposes only, unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing. You may use the service only through supported devices, official applications, and approved purchase channels, and you must not use the service in any way that violates law, infringes third-party rights, or interferes with normal platform operations.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse Moox or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: unauthorized account sharing or resale; attempting to bypass subscriptions, paywalls, territorial controls, security features, or technical restrictions; copying, recording, downloading, scraping, rebroadcasting, distributing, sublicensing, or publicly performing content except where expressly permitted; uploading or transmitting unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or malicious material; using bots, scripts, reverse engineering, vulnerability scanning, or similar tools to access, test, disrupt, or exploit the service; and engaging in any conduct that may damage Moox, its partners, other users, or rights holders.

3. Account security and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or caused by your failure to keep the account secure. You must provide accurate registration and payment information, keep your details up to date, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed, used, or charged without authorization. We may require identity or payment verification before restoring access, processing requests, or resolving disputes.

4. Content and feature limitations

Availability of movies, series, languages, subtitles, downloads, playback quality, and other features may vary by region, device, network conditions, operating system, subscription status, age restrictions, licensing terms, and commercial arrangements. Content catalogs may be added, removed, replaced, interrupted, or restricted at any time, and Moox does not guarantee that any specific title, channel, feature, resolution, or accessibility option will remain continuously available.

5. Enforcement and violation handling

If we reasonably believe that you have violated this User Policy, applicable law, payment rules, or other service terms, we may take proportionate action without prior notice where permitted by law. Such action may include content removal, playback restrictions, feature suspension, login invalidation, transaction review, refusal of service, account suspension, account termination, or referral to payment providers, rights holders, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to preserve and disclose relevant records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

6. Service changes and disclaimer boundaries

Moox may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the service, including features, interfaces, supported devices, pricing structures, content availability, or business rules, to reflect operational, legal, licensing, security, or commercial needs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Moox does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, absolute security, or compatibility with every device or network environment. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, but you acknowledge that temporary outages, content withdrawals, third-party failures, or enforcement actions taken in good faith under this policy may occur in the ordinary operation of the service.
