Effective date: March 25, 2026. This Membership Agreement sets out the terms governing paid membership services offered by Moox. By purchasing, activating, or using a membership, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, User Policy, and any platform payment rules that apply to your purchase channel.
1. Membership benefits and scope
A valid Moox membership may provide access to designated premium movies, TV series, ad-reduced or ad-free viewing experiences where offered, playback quality enhancements, and other member-only features that are specifically displayed in the app or on the website at the time of purchase. Membership benefits are limited to the plan you purchased, the territory where the service is lawfully available, supported devices, and technical capabilities then in effect. Access to some titles, languages, subtitles, download options, or playback features may vary due to licensing, region, age rating, device compatibility, operating system limitations, network conditions, or platform rules.
2. Membership term and effectiveness
Your membership becomes effective after Moox or the applicable platform confirms successful payment and the corresponding entitlement is activated on your account. Unless otherwise stated for a specific plan, the membership term starts on the activation date and continues for the period shown on the purchase page, order confirmation, or app store subscription record. If the service is provided on a recurring basis, renewal timing, billing cycles, and cancellation handling are governed in conjunction with the Continuous Subscription Agreement and the rules of the payment platform you used.
3. Fees and payment rules
Membership fees are charged according to the price, billing frequency, currency, and tax display shown at the time you place the order. Prices may differ by country or region, platform, promotional campaign, package type, or applicable taxes and fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all charges are payable in advance and must be completed through an approved payment channel such as Apple in-app purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and that any information required for billing verification is accurate and up to date.
4. Refund boundaries
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised by Moox, membership fees that have already been charged are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated, partially used, or the current billing period has started. Requests involving accidental purchases, duplicate charges, billing anomalies, or unauthorized transactions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but purchases completed through a third-party platform may be subject to that platform’s separate refund rules and review procedures. Cancelling a membership or turning off auto-renewal does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current paid period.
5. Service limits and enforcement
Membership is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be transferred, sublicensed, resold, shared in an unauthorized manner, or used to circumvent territorial, device, concurrency, or security restrictions. Moox may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership benefits if we reasonably believe that your account is involved in fraud, payment reversal, abuse, rights infringement, technical interference, or other conduct that violates applicable terms or law. Temporary outages, title removals, licensing expirations, maintenance windows, platform failures, or device incompatibility do not by themselves create a guarantee of compensation, replacement content, or extended service unless required by law.
6. Agreement changes and notice
Moox may revise this Membership Agreement when necessary to reflect service updates, product changes, legal or regulatory requirements, pricing structure adjustments, operational needs, or risk-control measures. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, or other reasonable channel where appropriate. Your continued purchase, renewal, activation, or use of membership services after the updated agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless applicable law requires a different consent mechanism.
